To ensure your date is reserved and the required flowers are sourced, we highly recommend booking 6 to 12 months prior to the wedding date, especially if your event is during peak season.
2. Is there a minimum spending requirement for your wedding flower services?
There is no minimum spending requirement. We offer our services and arrangements according to the client’s desire and need, and the client can specify the value they wish to spend. We will work together to provide the best designs that fit your budget.
3. Do you offer a free consultation before starting the wedding arrangements?
Yes, we offer an initial free consultation session to discuss your vision, colors, preferred flower types, and estimated wedding budget.
4. Does your service include delivery and setup of wedding flowers at the venue?
Yes, our services include professional delivery and setup of all arrangements at the wedding venue. A specialized team will be sent to oversee the installation. Delivery and setup fees are calculated based on the location and the size of the installations.
5. What is the payment policy for wedding bookings?
To confirm the wedding date booking and secure arrangements, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding date.
6. What happens if some requested seasonal flowers are unavailable?
In the event a specific flower is unavailable due to season or import conditions, we will contact you immediately to propose an alternative similar in shape, color, and price, and we guarantee not to proceed with the work until we have your final approval on the change.

You may cancel or modify your order and request a full refund if you notify us at least one day before the scheduled delivery time, or before we start preparing the arrangement (whichever comes first).
