2. Ordering and Purchase Policy
2.1. Products Available for Immediate Purchase (Flowers, Decor)
Product prices displayed are exclusive of tax and do not include shipping or delivery fees unless otherwise stated.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors, sizes, and shapes of natural products (such as flowers and plants) may vary slightly due to their nature and seasonal availability.
2.2. Event Planning and Coordination Services
Event organization services are provided based on a separate quotation and service contract agreed upon in writing between “Vie Rosaire” and the client.
The quotation and agreement include service details, date, location, costs, and payment schedule.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the event date reservation, and its percentage is specified in the quotation.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Cards.
Bank Transfer.
Cash on Delivery (if available).
Full payment must be completed before shipping purchased products, unless otherwise agreed upon in contracts specific to event organization.
4. Cancellation, Returns, and Exchange
4.1. Cancellation of Ready-made Product Orders (Decor, Artificial)
Orders can be canceled before shipment. If the order has been shipped, the return policy applies.
4.2. Cancellation, Exchange, and Return of Natural Flowers and Plants
Natural flowers and plants are perishable goods: They cannot be exchanged or returned after delivery or collection, unless a defect in the product is proven at the moment of delivery (and the store must be notified immediately).
Natural products must be cared for according to the provided care instructions.
4.3. Cancellation of Event Organization Services
If the client cancels a confirmed event organization service, the conditions stipulated in the separate service contract apply, which typically include:
The deposit is non-refundable.
Late cancellation may result in paying an additional percentage of the total contract value.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery fees are determined based on [Region/Weight/Order Value].
